After a successful decade in recruitment. I realised what I enjoyed the most was guiding people in their careers. I was coaching and assisting colleagues, candidates and friends through their job search challenges. Seeing them succeed in getting the role they wanted or aligning their goals was exceptionally rewarding.

That’s when I decided to become a Career Coach.

Most professionals have great backgrounds and experience, but don't know how to tell their story. Don't know how to shout about their successes or show their value in the right way.

My experience in recruitment has given me an untapped knowledge of what works and what doesn't after seeing thousands of candidates go through the process around the world. So I've used that to create a proprietary methodology to help professionals in their early career to achieve their goals.

When I’m not coaching I’m pretending I’m good at Tennis, watching Marvel movies (team iron man) and playing Counter Strike.
