I have always had a passion for helping people get unstuck, and marvel at people’s ability to bounce back and claim who they are in life when given the right guidance.

With a PhD in applied linguistics, I thought I knew something about how things work, yet was humbled by how much more there is to learn about who we are and how to reach our optimum potential.

With 25+ years in training, teaching, and mentoring thousands of people from the corporate and all walks of life, I’ve seen people with all the pre-requisites to succeed... yet they did not. And others who have absolutely nothing, yet they beat the odds and succeed to get what they want in life.

I believe there is more to it than formal education, degrees and certtificates. Success is 5% skillset and 95% mindset.
