Proud father of 4 beautiful amazing kids and husband to the most stubborn dynamic wife of 26 years. Lived 🇦🇺 ✈️ 🇬🇧 ✈️ 🇺🇸 now based in Utah.

I created ZUU in 2007 to repair my broken body from sports and weights. Just me in a park for 18 months straight.

ZUU is now used in 69 countries. Partnered with some of the largest fitness chains internationally.

I’ve presented on movement, human connection, inclusive culture and mental resilience in stages in the US and Europe.

Consulted in elite sports and armed forces with the low impact high intensity world of ZUU.

Our vision as a preventative health brand is ZUU IN 2 - Empowering 50 million people with two ZUU movements, performed for 2mins that will give you full body mobility and quality of life.
