Bio

I help CX leaders who want to successfully take Employee Experience and Performance Results to the next level.

During my 25+year career I have successfully consulted, trained and coached with over 100 major corporate (household names) customer organisations and their leaders from director to the frontline.

I am told that I also deliver awesome live and virtual trainings, webinars and keynote presentations that inspire, motivate and provide outstanding insight.

I have walked the talk and I have led my own teams and my clients. In-house, outsourced and with remote hybrid working teams

My expertise lies in supporting leaders to achieve CX improvements across finance, manufacturing, utilities, IT, transport and retail sectors.

Both B2B and B2C.

But ultimately Human to Human.

From the UK to USA, from Europe to the Asia and the Middle East. I have followed the sun developing strategy and implementing change with leaders and their teams to achieve more for customers.

Service, sales, complaints, help desk and account management- omnichannel, in the contact centre, in the store, on transport and in the field.
