The long Story:

I have walked in your shoes…

I am here doing this work today because I know the hard work, sweat, tears, and grit it has taken to get you where you are today. I know how relentlessly you’ve shown up to achieve more and make a difference. And while you have come far, there is still a level of fulfillment and satisfaction that you haven’t connected with yet— this sort of deep knowing that there is more for you...

I know this because I used to feel the same way.

I have helped build, operate, and manage successful businesses. I have built, trained, and led high performing teams. I have held positions in leadership for High Tech Sales Operations and Client Success. I have successfully built my own business— coaching and consulting successful business owners and entrepreneurs, and I have helped other coaches build 6 figure coaching brands through speaking and selling high ticket programs.

The truth is though, that none of those roles, titles, or responsibilities are what I am most proud of; because the title or role alone doesn’t convey the heart and soul that went into it. It doesn’t convey the hard work, the days where I was knocked down but got back up, the hours of being coached, the days spent educating myself on how to work, serve, and lead better. What truly matters in each of those experiences, was how each one provided me with a unique opportunity to transform myself and the way I work, lead, and live.
