Born in Indianapolis (Naptown!), David a.k.a. “The HEALth Debt Coach” is a veteran of the US AIR Force, long-time resident of Maryland and Founder of LiveNow Fitness LLC where he actively inspires the world to build and nurture STRONGER lives.
A nationally televised fitness pro and coach to organizations such as the NAACP, FAA and a nominee for the Baltimore Fitness Hero of the year.
Living passionately and inspiring others to wellness is David’s life purpose. He believes that a holistic approach leads to a lifetime of HEALthy habits that can be passed on and impact generations to come.
