My passion lies with food as medicine, from soil health, propagation, Technology, education, sustainable and ethical practices.

My previous business life involved turning a nose to tail cafe housed in an old butter factory located in the foothills of the Victorian Alps into one of the best cultured butters in Australia, gracing the tables of the top chefs, winning Delicious Magazine Produce Awards 2 years running and many more international and domestic accolades.
