✨I am a work in progress. ✨

☕️ I currently work at a coffee shop.

👩‍🎓 I am also back in school studying UI/UX design.

👩‍💻 I was a software consultant for 25 years. I burned out and left the industry.

💥 I have ADHD but I wasn’t diagnosed until I was over 50. A growing number of women are getting diagnosed with ADHD in middle-age and beyond. We’re sometimes called ADHD lost girls because of all the time we lost by not being diagnosed and treated for it.

🤷‍♀️ People think we are anti-social or lazy or procrastinators or flaky or too sensitive or acting out but we’re not. We are doing the best we can to try to fit in to a world that’s not very friendly to the way our brains work.

🌊 I live on Cape Cod, MA, United States and I love being near the ocean.

🇺🇸 I volunteer as an English and Civics tutor to help immigrants prepare for the US Citizenship Exam.

🌿 I have a growing collection of houseplants that are slowly taking over my living space.

🎨 I love to paint and create digital art.
