I am an Afro Latina DEI and Racial Equity practitioner, facilitator, consultant and influencer.

I provide resources that promote equal access and opportunity for all people, especially people of color, in order to achieve an equitable society - and I advocate for policies and processes that promote equity, diversity and inclusion in the workforce. My goal is to help remove barriers throughout our communities caused by social injustice, inequality and racial trauma - in an effort to help all individuals realize their fullest potential.
