Nikisha Alcindor is a strategic management leader with experience in organizational change, investing, and fundraising. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Business - Strategic Management at the Graduate Center of The City University of New York (CUNY), Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business. Her research examines the failure rates of Mergers & Acquisitions by leveraging emerging methodologies using artificial intelligence and machine learning. She is a CUNY Graduate Center Fellow and the Provost Enhancement Fellow. Nikisha has taught a master class at Columbia Business School and done several guest lectures at Columbia University. Currently, she teaches Business Policy at Baruch College. Nikisha is an Advisory Director to the PCA Retirement & Benefits, Inc. and a Board member of the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone. Nikisha holds a BA in Chemistry from Emory University and an MBA from Columbia Business School as a Leon Cooperman Scholar.
