My name is Nafisat Abdulrasaq.l am a preschool teacher and trainer @radianttoucheduconsult an educational consulting firm focused at providing best practices in training and building resources needed in the pre-school segment of education.

Iam also the founder of
@mhmuslimah_hangout - a support network for muslim women focused at self-discovery, personal development, women empowerment, marital matters, spirituality and overall life satisfaction.

I started @nafisustain Blog- where l write on issues centered on personal development, wisdom nuggets and motivational stories for singles and married some years back l am passionate about inspiring and supporting women and strongly holds the opinion that words of encouragement can influence people towards self-actualization.

I recently started a project tagged "Vibrant Mums" where mothers can feel great about their roles as mothers and also achieve their personal goals with tips shared on my social media handles most especially@nafisustain
