Skeptic?

There is an unseen realm, and religion can never fully contain/constrain/explain this transcendent reality.
Every era has handled spirituality differently.
Every geography handles spirituality differently.
Every individual comes from an unique background with various experiences; spirituality is uniquely experienced. My life turned upsidedown in 2017 when I started having awake visions from the God!

Instead of trusting antiquated religious systems to parse out the truth, we question- we learn- we collaborate.

(whenever I use the word faith, it does mean 'belief in the unseen', but it also can be interchanged with the word allegiance, according to scholar Matthew Bates)

Remember, if you can be reasoned into something, like your faith, you can also be reasoned out. Faith demands a challenge, and sometimes it is the illogical, the unreasonable, or the unexplained that fortifies our faith. We must be willing to accept the unacceptable.
Some universal unreasonable‘s: our sickness and death. Ironically unreasonable, because we all get sick, and we all die. Guaranteed.

We are skeptics, but our foundational beliefs are based on ideas that are found in the ancient library of the Bible. We assume that there will be some knowledge of the Christian faith, but will not require absolute allegiance to that faith. As skeptics, we must be willing to embrace paradox, and be willing to hold the truth of love in one hand, while digging into the known and unknown with the other hand. For myself, my truth is "love for all man"; I believe that no other truth can be found relevant without first embracing the first truth, which is love. Everything else about spirituality can be questioned and investigated.
