CAROLYN CALDERA DE FANTI
Carolyn began her career at Camden Artists, then Susan Smith & Assoc. Went on to Disney Studios, and later moved on to work at Esparza/Katz Productions, where she became VP of Creative Affairs & Production. She was the Production Executive on the films “Gettysburg”, “Teddy Roosevelt and The Roughriders”, “Cisco Kid”, “Avenging Angel” and “Introducing Dorothy Dandridge”. She also went on to Co-Produce a few films with Esparza/Katz, such as “The Disappearance of Garcia Lorca” and “Selena”. She then formed a Production/Management Company(s): Frontline Ent. & Caldera/De Fanti Ent. with a focus on diversity. She produced one film with Jean-Luc De Fanti under that banner, Three Blind Mice directed by Mathias Ledoux. Most recently she produced the film “Como Caido Del Cielo”, which is an original story based on the life and music of Mexican Icon Pedro Infante. She is currently prepping her next film Lunik. Carolyn is laser focused on creating content for the LatinX audience as well as nurturing and promoting LatinX writers, directors and talent into her projects.
