Championing body positivity, size acceptance and breaking stereotypes, I stand firm in the belief that beauty is not a size, but an attitude. I'm passionate about fostering self-love, dismantling diet culture, and creating safe spaces for our community to celebrate and feel secure in their bodies, irrespective of their size.

With a master's degree in Social Psychology and my personal journey as a plus-size woman, I'm committed to advocating for equality and understanding, promoting health at every size, and challenging the narrow societal constructs around beauty.
