Bio

Musubi is a strategic brand agency and through a lens of Japanese design principles we create and design brands, workplace culture, workspaces and social environments.

We challenge status quo, always question, to find answers to major challenges. We solve multifaceted problems. We’re proudly independent. We have offices in Tokyo and Melbourne.

We are an agency that consists of multidisciplinary team members across brand strategists, graphic designers, design thinkers, UX designers, workplace designers, architects, product designers, interior designers, and qualified financial project management that are dedicated to the highest levels of detail and creative expression and work to blend brand and human experience together to achieve better brands and stronger relationships.

We believe that past and future, imagination and discipline, refinement and pragmatism can and should coexist. Inspiration is found within the resulting tension, the singular integration of connected experiences. A co-creative creative cross-pollination with our clients informs our brand strategy, corporate culture roadmap, architecture, interiors, lighting, textiles, and product designs of every scale.

Our company remains independent and owner-run even today. This gives us the necessary decision-making autonomy and flexibility to be able to react in real time to the needs of our customers. Our solutions concentrate on time tested craftsmanship, cutting edge technical sophistication, enduring strategy and timeless design.
