Strategically, I enjoy wide-ranging responsibilities to innovate around new technologies such as Quantum Computing, Intelligent Automation and Adaptive Technologies as well as constantly seeking improvements in quality, delivery, work-life balance and capability. With our deep belief in inclusion, I champion our 'Technology for All' strategy, driving UX and Accessibility programmes.

Having moved to a fully virtual organisation away from the traditional office-based structure, our challenge now is to pivot the business to focus on purpose rather than profit, delivering maximum benefit to everyone in our value chain.

As CEO of Green Lemon Company, I am very privileged to serve an incredible organisation built on the skills and tremendous expertise of our staff. We provide a broad range of modern development services, using the most up to date and capable platforms available. My day to day job is to orchestrate clients, partners and my team to deliver world-class technology solutions.

Our Social Responsibility commitment to providing technology interventions to help solve the challenges of vulnerable communities has been running for three years now with fabulous results. Our most recent project for Peace One Day has helped us understand and embrace the importance of the United Nation Sustainability Development Goals, driving us towards our goal of "doing well by doing good". These initiatives are exciting, rewarding to our staff and of profound importance to the future of Green Lemon Company.
