BS in Athletics Training: deep knowledge of the prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation of athletic based injuries. Anatomy obsessed, biomechanics tickles my brain.
Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor: the sister science to yoga, a deep system of knowledge and a tool for deeper self understanding of the rhythm of the health.
Currently deepening my understanding of psychology so that I can become a tool for service, and a vessel for discipline and freedom.
