Bio

Having visited 23 countries by the age of 23, I am an avid traveller and lover of languages, cultures, and learning! I was born in Guyana (a small country in South America near Brazil and Venezuela) and moved to Canada at the age of 7, where I now reside and call home (Toronto).

In my university years, I lived and studied in Italy, Czech Republic, and Spain. In the summer of 2019, I also spent time studying and traveling in Japan and surrounding countries in Asia including Singapore, Malaysia and Korea.

I dream of packing up my life here and beginning the process of working and traveling remotely in a post pandemic world. Learning Spanish and Italian are next on my list so that I can get around, converse with locals and better appreciate food, wines, and music. I hope to use my proficiency in French to help with my understanding of Spanish and Italian. I also would be interested in learning the basics of Portuguese, Arabic and Russian.
