I’m Lois but everyone calls me Lo Lo. I am the owner/operator of Balloons and Things, Occasions Event Hall and Occasions Too, which are all located in Richmond, Virginia. I am also the founder of The Pretty Shoes Club social club.

I’ve been in business officially for almost 14 years. I thoroughly enjoy what I do. I also love building and elevating others who want to start businesses. Teaching and motivating others is my passion and purpose.
