With six years’ experience in the mental health field, I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management and career counseling utilizing cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy. I help adolescents, adults, and families to do the work needed to feel whole again when their bumps have left them feeling broken.

Before and after entering the mental health field in 2014, my travel and work experiences exposed me to varied populations. I transitioned from Business to the healthcare industry full time in 2015 after working at a gated community for 20 years, 13 years of which were as a supervisor. I bring with me attention to detail, strong work ethics and a belief in quality customer service.

My educational background includes a bachelor’s in social work from Limestone College and a master’s in social work from the University of South Carolina. My toolbox to serve those in need include licensure as a Master Social Worker and as an Independent Social Worker in clinical practice.

I am passionate about working with others to improve their quality of life and use my positive attitude, skills, and tireless energies to encourage others to do the same.
