My name is Christa B. I believe in embracing the present. Working on the secret person of the heart. Valuing genuine connections. Being around people who pour love into me and exude healing energy. Waiting on divine confirmation and direction. Being the author of my life. Putting ALL of my faith in God. Respecting people’s authenticity.

I am on a journey of being the best version of myself so I can be the best gift 🎁 for Jehovah God, my friends, my family and mankind. I am doing this by means of prayer, Bible reading and GRATITUDE. There is always something to be grateful for. Start by touching your heart, it’s beating! Be grateful. I am an advocate of mental healing, resilience, positivity and authenticity.

I am an amateur blogger📝who enjoys writing about love, relationships, healing, health and fitness, and mental health. After many years of stalling, I finally started writing and I feel like this is my calling. I enjoy building genuine relationships, fine dining, wine, road trips, festivals, museums, nature and bike riding. I love growing, self-development and embracing circumstances that push me to have accountability and come face-to-face with my shortcomings so that I can conquer my flaws.
