✝️Beyond Blessed Ministries Outreach—a non-profit organization birthed from Krystal’s personal story of escape and survival of domestic abuse. Since 2010, the Beyond Blessed Ministries has not only helped victims of domestic abuse find the inner strength and courage to escape and rebuild their lives, but also to educate communities on the signs of domestic abuse, advocate for laws that protect domestic violence victims and survivors, and to help survivors secure the various resources available to families torn apart by domestic violence.
“Everyone deserves to live life without abuse.”
Understanding the power of “community,” Krystal created the Through It All Domestic Survivor Support Group which provides one-on-one and small group therapy, workshops, and community events that aim to connect and empower survivors to grow and learn from one another’s experiences. Krystal’s work has been featured in the 5280 Magazine and on 9 News in Denver, Colorado. She has also been a panelist and guest speaker at several community and ministry events.
🎤On January 22, 2022, Krystal launched her podcast titled Through It All, in which she states:
One abusive relationship after another, finally, I found the strength to say enough. Victims of domestic violence are not weak. They are powerful! We have to fight daily, and I’m not just talking about physically or with our abuser. We have to fight to get out bed, fight to smile, fight our emotions, fight our mental, fight to keep people from seeing what’s going on, fight to keep our focus, fight to live, and I could go on and on. Every minute of our lives, it’s a fight. Let’s talk about finding the strength to leave and what it takes to survive life after domestic violence.
