RVA takes a well-rounded approach in assisting students with their full educational experience. We provide quality one on one academic support through educational coaching and tutoring to pre-k - 12th grade scholars . Our asset -based approach encourages students to bring their full selves and reimagine reality beyond curriculum. When working with students, educational coaches take into consideration a students academic , cognitive, and emotional strengths and challenges. Instead of just focusing on the outcome, coaches shift the focus to the process of learning how to learn. This gives the student tools and strategies to use throughout their academic career beyond.
