Commercial oriented HR practitioner with core expertise in Strategy, Talent and Resource Management.

I work with business leaders and organizations to co-create and implement effective solutions that drive employee ownership and business performance; and my Executive Coaching skills help facilitate a more effective engagement with leaders and employees.

I am currently exploring interests in tech operations and product management in addition to my existing skill set in people management, sales and general operations on my journey to becoming a tech leader.
