Hi there! I only just joined, so I’ll build this better when it’s not 1 in the morning. :)

Fast facts: I’m a person of my word. I’m an open book. I will literally share my all (with regard for others). I feel transparency and empathy are desperately needed by all. It’s ok to talk about more than just your work. In fact, we need to.

I’m basically a mixture of a comedian, professor, and your therapist. I especially rock at helping folks understand gender, sex, pronouns and all things in that area.

The work doesn’t start or end there, and it’s work I am paid to do.

I’m here to help you and your company. Diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging. Hi. It me. Let’s tackle all the systemic oppression bogging down your company.

What do those four words (acronym DEIB) mean? It means being a decent fucking human being. It means being aware of others and bringing folks together in a way that we haven’t done and must do to get the best and most out of us all. To break free of the oppression that tears all of us down and especially harms specific folks even worse.

I’m a longtime justice advocate. I believe in transformative justice. I don’t believe in oppressive opinions, and I don’t give them time or space. There’s a a difference between being a willful oppressor, and willing to own your learned behavior, apologize, and do better. Most people fall into the latter.

I’m not for everyone, but I believe in the best of everyone.

I don’t look to do anything but challenge the way you and I think about ourselves in this life. I challenge people to think about identities and behaviors they’ve never really dug into. I challenge people to think harder. Take more action. To realize how deeply anger is connected to fear and work through it.
