My story:

Nobody gave me a career roadmap.

Many assumed I'd be working entry-level positions for the rest of my life.

I was good at developing bad habits and lived for the moment--starting at age 16 and throughout my twenties.

When I turned 30, I had a shift in my mentality.

I realized that even though I wasn't happy with where I was, it was not too late. I started to understand that change is possible and that I had time to make something with my life.

I started focusing on my work in a call center--having success at every level--representative, supervisor, manager, and now as a leadership consultant.

This experience has given me a unique understanding of how successful customer care organizations should operate and what skills and systems leaders need to perform at a high level.

Now I'm building a business helping leaders in care and sales organizations create an engaged culture people want to be part of.

We need influential leaders now more than ever.
