Do you think the Healthcare System is broken?
Currently the state of “Healthcare coverage” can be summed up by: Paying more to pay more to get less or nothing at all. And let me tell you, not having health insurance isn't any better.
When I lost my health insurance about 5 years ago, I experienced the most aggravating and incomprehensible process of trying to find an affordable doctor. While I could find plenty of doctors on Yelp and Google, I could not find anything with regard to pricing besides Urgent Cares, and only a handful of doctors had the option to book online. While going through this process the light bulb went off, “there has to be a better way”. That was the start of my ongoing journey to fix healthcare.
After a couple of years searching for a solution in the market, we decided to build our own solution to make it easier for consumers to learn, decide, and pay for healthcare, without intruding on the important relationship with trusted doctors. Designed over several years of listening to the needs of individuals and developed to put the individual at the center, we created Health Karma (www.gethealthkarma.com) to offer support that revolves around the unique needs of each person when they’re both sick or healthy, when and how they need it most.
Aligned with the feedback gathered during the beta launch, Health Karma gives consumers a 360-degree view of their personal health with the educational tips, tools, and guidance needed to make informed decisions based on their personal health needs. Health Karma shifts peoples’ approach to care from reactive to proactive, enabling them to make smarter and faster decisions and manage their healthcare anywhere, anytime, whether they have insurance or not.

I look forward to hearing from you.
