Thanks for checking out my clubhouse bio. I got major FOMO being on android, so decided to get an iPad and join up!

I've been working in the world of recruitment since 2005 (16 years now!). Since 2013, I've been running business and process improvement functions and programmes across recruitment businesses and corporate recruitment departments. Most of this has been technology and digital transformation.

For the last 4 years, I have been specialising in chatbots and conversational AI in HR and Recruitment processes.

I work with tech vendors to help them either create or enhance conversational products and with tech buyers to create conversational and messaging automation strategies and execute them successfully.
