Awini is a very young entrepreneur in Ghana-Accra.
I own Elwini Decor, a company that helps with all you need while remodeling or renovating your home and office. At Elwini Decor, we have top brand Italian Kitchen/Whole room Tiles and Showerheads to transform your bathroom.
I also own Elwini Farms where we produce healthy local farm products like Cucumber, sweet potatoes and many others.
I own QueeniePulg which is Guineafowl farming.
My core belief is to lead by Example. I believe success is a clear articulated vision and the ability to inspires others to work with you in carrying out that vision. Also Iearning to respect others which is very important to building the foundation to being a great leader. I also believe courage is not the absence of fear but rather is to acquire the ability to move beyond fear when times are tough and challenging, because at the end of the day courage is the commitment to begin without any guarantee of success which leads to exhibiting confidence. Remember one must always take the risk and as a business person I do take risk by learning from my mistakes.
I uphold strong moral values and ethical principles which shows throughout my walks of life. I positively influence the community I come from.
