Assess and review Equipment Criticality.
Perform RCM / FMEA study on critical equipment leading to improving maintenance strategies.
Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis for major equipment failure, set up an action plan to prevent repetition of failures and follow up execution of action plan components.
Perform Pareto analysis for equipment downtime data, highlight vital few bad actors and initiate reliability and maintainability improvement projects to eliminate or reduce major downtime causes. Technically support maintenance and planning teams to perform and execute maintenance plans efficiently while communicating with operations to align maintenance efforts with production targets and overall corporate objectives.
