2 finance : the value of a piece of property (such as a house) after any debts that remain to be paid for it (such as the amount of a mortgage) have been subtracted
*We've been slowly paying off our mortgage and building up equity in our house.
a home equity loan [=a loan based on the amount of equity you have in your home]
3 : a share in a company : a share of a company's stock

• A master lease in Savanna, GA as well as a local team with STR experience. Real Estate clients in Savanna also welcomed.

(A note on the last two: **would love a performance master lease for an entire multi-family property in need of rehab, but still interested in hearing about both performance and fixed leases on individual move-in ready units. Also very interested in performance land leases near natural attraction in North GA or Savanna)

• Community members in the Lindbergh/Morosgo neighborhood of Buckhead/Atlanta who would be interested in forming a civic association and/or civic improvement district (former and future board member, Neighborhood Planning Unit - B)

• Sources/quotes for safe, quality used shipping containers

• An outstanding UX/web/app development partner interested in an on-going business relationship and equity in a unique business model (if you prefer your customary fee rather than equity in the company, I completely respect that, but this isn’t the right opportunity for you).
