I’m a woman of great accomplishments but I also recognize my vulnerabilities. My sister encouraged me to get on this app because although I have done some public speaking, I am not a social person. I enjoy stories of growth, perseverance, survival, purpose, and encouragement. I enjoy company with those who are willing to openly discuss the realities mental health and how they overcame those obstacles. I’m also working towards improving my communication with others and learning to embrace myself unapologetically.
