Born August 18th 1990 in a small city in New York state called Troy, New York. Joey (Morocco Joe) found his love for music as a young child through outlets such as school, home, and being out in the world with friends living and experiencing every moment to the fullest given way to rich lyrics and material. By 15yrs old Joey (Morocco Joe) would start putting actual song’s together with the help of his writing skills. Joey began gaining recognition from local rap artist and building a successful fan base, his style consists of rap and hip hop with a touch of NY drill, which he recently adopted. Songs like “Groove”, and “Like Me” which got over 4,000+ plays are just a few of Joey’s many artist accomplishments. Joey (Morocco Joe) is no stranger to live performances, from 2006 to now Joey (Morocco Joe) has performed over 100 shows and opened up for major artist like Ja Rule in 2019. There is nothing he won’t try to succeed as an artist he’s always looking to improve himself, other skills including videography, and music production.
