MORGANA WILBORN is a Dallas, Tx native. She is the Director of Education at Dallas Theater Center and Professor of Theater and Humanities at Eastfield and El Centro College and freelance photographer and owner of Photo Noire Photography. She is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas (BA, Theater), and The University of Houston (MA, Theater Education). She recently directed the play Loving and Loving at Bishop Arts Theatre Center, Assistant Director for Regina Taylor’s the black album. 2020. Resistance. She has recently performed for such companies as ArtStillery, Stage West Theatre, Soul Rep Theatre, Cara Mia, WaterTower Theater, and House Party Theatre. She has also done work for Kitchen Dog Theatre. As a photographer she creates photographic art and select photographic services. Her clients include Dallas Theater Center, Junior League Dallas, This Same Sky, Lost Paws of North Texas, Beats By Her, Cara Mia Theater, Sweet Possibilities, Feed Oak Cliff, Namaste Poodles, and My Time against Domestic Violence.
As an artist, educator, activist and Black mixed woman, Morgana hopes to honor, uplift and empower people of color.
