Bio

I am a certified integrative life coach, experienced shadow work expert, and mother of two boys. Iv been a student of A Course In Miracles (ACIM) for over two decades was personally trained in the work of the Shadow by Debbie Ford.
I found that our biggest gifts have been darkened by our rejection of our own shadows, and believes that our purpose in this life is to become whole again. My mission is to guide folks to embrace their whole self by finding the gold behind the Shadow – the part of us we’ve been hating and hiding – so we can bring this into the light and shine brighter. I am the founder of The Gold behind the shadow retreat and course, and I am known in the personal and business development industry for my signature Acceleration Process sessions for coaches and thought leaders.



I feel that we all hold many powerful gifts inside of us that have gotten buried so deep that we’ve become completely unaware of them.  In my work I will take you through an intimate journey of self-discovery that will shine light on the places that exist within your soul that have been holding you back for generations in many areas of your life. As you travel through this journey into your innermost self with love and compassion, you’ll discover a deep well of wisdom and gifts waiting to be uncovered.
