I’m a first-generation college grad turned Wall Street banker turned digital marketer turned founder and admissions/career coach. I finally landed in a place that feels like “me.” I’m passionate about helping people (especially underrepresented and non-traditional applicants) maximize their potential through education and career access.

Since 2006, I have been helping super smart people around the 🌍 at orgs like Google, Facebook, Goldman, KKR, Blackstone, the World Bank and McKinsey, and in non-traditional careers like nonprofit, the arts, and military/government find the power in their authentic stories and use them to shine ✨ in the application process to elite MBA programs.

Through intimately coaching 500+ people from 45 countries across 40+ industries I’ve learned that everyone has a unique story—sometimes they just need to be nurtured so they can own it!
