Rotarian. A former White House Chef, GM of the Camp David Resort and Conference Center, 30-years retired military now the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the US Presidential Service Center and US Presidential Culinary Museum. Having published nine books, I am also an inventor, & holder of many USPTO trademarks and intellectual property.

I love being a dad, hubsy, and grandpop.

Recently featured in People Magazine and on the TODAY Show, I am a busy keynote speaker worldwide via stage and online (my rate is 15 to 30k) as seen on over 200 shows via PBS, CBS, CNN, FOX, ABC, NHK, Vitaya, BrusselsTV, and NBC for wine, food, history, spirits, business plan writing, CPG creation, crypto, blockchain, and becoming a disabled and injured veteran millionaire in entrepreneurial businesses. We call ourselves Vetrepreneurs.

Because of my service from jungles at the DMZ to the desert wars I have been proud to illuminate veteran PTSD, suicide, divorce, bankruptcy and challenges and been featured in over 160 newspapers and magazines on six continents.
