I am finally and truly LIVING MY BEST LIFE, as a result of “doing the work”. 🙏💕🙌🏻
For my new followers, here is what you might not know about me:

🌟I am a Spiritual Life Coach and Grief Recovery Specialist focusing on areas of trauma and addictions.

🌟I lost my 22 year old son to overdose in 2019. The long journey through his/our struggles and losing him led me to not only deep healing but to transformation and finding my purpose.

🌟I share my personal experiences and my knowledge through my trainings to teach people how to heal, to move from suffering to empowerment.

🌟I also work with parents to reduce generational trauma and reduce the risk of mental health and addiction concerns.

🌟I also teach Yoga and Meditation, I am a Reiki Master and End of Life Doula.

🌟For the past year I have also worked at an Addiction Treatment Centre, the one my son went to.

🌟I offer a variety of in person and online programs amd workshops as well as private and corporate trainings and workshops.

🌟I have hosted various retreats over the past 6 years.

🌟I am currently writing 2 books, my own and a collaboration with several other amazing resilient women.

🌟I am passionate about helping others live their best life.
