eCommerce Marketing Manager:
Duties:

Develop a holistic marketing strategy including major decisions like products assortments and quality, pricing strategy, distribution strategy and showrooms, branding and communication strategy, along with all related processes
Develop a wide online marketing strategy
Supervise Ecommerce Marketing Team
Collaborate with IT department to establish & maintain site analytics
Create graph in the system to track product sales
Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns
Maintain contact with IT department to ensure system security
Identify and reach out to potential affiliates & Influencers
Research and formulate ways to optimize user experience & Conversion Rates.
Use data to create strategic plan
Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing
Interact with the high officials on the design and implementation of website marketing plans
Interview and recruit new marketing executives and educate them about the company policies
Allocate work to the marketing executives and supervise them
See to it that all the online transactions are carried out according to the rules decided by the government

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
4+ years of experience of a related position
Previous supervisory experience required
Experience & understanding of marketing management
Knowledge of branding & brand management
Understanding art direction and related media production
Experience with performance marketing management
Understanding offline & online advertisements
Understanding Search Engine Optimization
Experience with digital analytics
Analytical skills, communication skills and creativity.
