Bio

I’m a multi faceted proud Jamaican American woman who has earned many titles and accomplishments. Being addressed as mother, Coco, sister, model, survivor as well as HR professional is just the surface.

I have 3 sisters, 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters. My granddaughters call me Coco. I am the eldest of my living siblings. As I prepared for my youngest to leave home for college I opted to pursue a dream deferred of becoming a model. Already in my 40’s I successfully stepped back into the modeling world after more than 20 years. My passion has taken me to NYFW 3 times, London FW, magazine covers and many trips abroad.

Being married & divorced young and not prepared led me to an unhealthy traumatic relationship that resulted in over 12 years of physical, sexual & mental abuse. Living my personal life in secrecy I became successful in the nonprofit sector as an HR Director. I cherish using my time, voice and platform as an advocate for victims as well as survivors of domestic violence.

Me in a nutshell, daily I choose to be happy.
