👉 Bought my 1st 🏠 in 2012. All a mixture of private investment and my own cash. Over 25% ROI.
👉 Bought my 2nd 🏠 in 2015 after selling my 1st. I used the profits from my previous project and private investment. Over 30% ROI.
👉 Bought my 3rd 🏠 (and first but-to-let) in 2017 after selling my second 🏠. All with my own 💰 and no external finance needed.
👉 2018 I left my job in 🏗️ & 🏠 to study a course in 🎥.
👉 2020 I've passed my course in 🎥👉 2021 - I use my knowledge in 🏠 to help investors make💰, and my skills in 🎥 to create content.
