I am a company side labor and employment attorney at Ford Harrison

I focus my practice on the representation of management in matters related to labor and employment law.

I counsel employers in a host of employment law concerns including the development and review of employment and HR policies, compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), benefits, discipline and termination issues, Department of Labor (DOL) investigations, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) investigations and citation contests.

I also have significant experience drafting, negotiating, and enforcing/defending employment contracts and non-compete agreements, as well as handling state and federal wage/hour and discrimination litigation.
