Michael was born to work in the automotive industry. From a young age, there was always a keen interest in cars - Michael knew every brand, model, and feature. During his youth, his family home was located across the road from the leading car dealer principal, and his fascination with each new vehicle in the driveway one day finally led to working at that same dealership group. As a young entrepreneur in retail telecommunications for over a decade, this go-getter foundation lead him to step into a career in the automotive sector. Commencing as a salesperson with BMW, he was soon recognized as the top performer during his first month and continued throughout his journey to Sales Management. Achieving record results in volume, profitability, customer satisfaction, OEM standards, and targets resulted in the appointment as a General Manager in a couple of years. Throughout Michael's tenure in the dealership environment, the success is attributed to the core value of people first and setting the highest standard for customer experience through sound processes.
Making the change from dealerships to the vendor space and combining his passions for automotive, technology, and helping people succeed, SalesLogs was the ideal fit for Michael. Mentoring dealerships to focus on process, accountability and profitability without spending hours building tools for reporting themselves has contributed to their success. Today, Michael leads the Operations at SalesLogs with a bold commitment to delivering the best experience for dealerships and their staff.
