Deconstructing Trauma Day 12,796 is a solo art exhibition where MIVIDA JDM curated her collection of mixed media art, mainly paintings and drawings from her lifetime. The 12,796 is the count of how many days she was alive on the day of her solo show deconstructing trauma. The drawings, paintings and mixed media pieces were from her childhood through 2019. She also shared a private photo collection and additional sketches in the private tour after opening reception.

In an effort to help others understand how important ART is in life, and how it can serve as a therapeutic method (art therapy) she began holding sessions to teach others how to deconstruct their trauma, move past obstacles, deal with pain, and also find a vice that is positive for whatever their issue is.
