Bio

As a Certified EOS Implementer (EOS is the Entrepreneurial Operating System), I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs get everything they want from their businesses.

I was a startup specialist for CMP Media, launching magazines that made tens of millions in profits. I started and led the company’s Internet division, which was a major contributor to the company’s value when it sold for $1 billion.

My entrepreneurial journey continued at LendingTree, where I was president in the company’s early days, implementing processes to build a juggernaut. Later, I was president of NetCreations Inc., a publicly-held email marketing company, where I built the leadership team and positioned the company for a successful acquisition.

After my corporate career, I became a business coach helping entrepreneurs paint their visions. In addition. To being a Certified EOS implementer, I am an executive coach to financial advisors for ClientWise.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation, from which I received my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. I received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. with honors in English from Northwestern University.
