19 years of Lending £ for Property Acquisitions/Refinances, Going Concern Business transactions specialising mainly in the areas of Branded Hotels and Healthcare, to include large Corporates. In 2014 my companies were formed moving into Bridging and Development Finance to support Ground Up Developments, Conversions and Refurbs.

We lend on Residential Properties, Commercial Properties and Land Securities (full planning, outline planning, no planning) from 0.45% per month +

JV Finance Partners (100% Purchase and 100% Build Costs) available in exchange for a Profit Share, subject to conditions.

We are a whole of market broker 207 lenders and private investors for Bridging and Development Finance with a further 103 lenders in the Commercial Space offering BTL/HMO and Commercial Mortgages. We are also registered with the FCA.

My team and I have around 70 years of experience between us. Not only do we arrange short term finance we also assist with the EXITS of these developments by way of arranging Buy To Let Mortgages and Commercial Mortgages. We also act for Investors purchasing a BTL, HMO or MUFB.

Other than being creative brokers with a “can do” approach I personally completed my 1st ground up and conversion development which started in 2018 where I put £35,000 of my own cash as my deposit in to produce a £2,340,000 GDV project of 6 units through MV Bridging and Planning Gain (Commercial to Residential)
