🌏 Christina Molitor cares deeply about social business causes that empower women and youth around the world. She co-founded the Global Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Altruists Network (GLEAN) Female Founders Network which connects female founders and promotes a mutually supportive network between the United States and China. Christina also provided English lessons in her free time to underprivileged Chinese children (village children) while studying at Peking University.
💼 In addition, Christina worked as a Community Manager intern and researcher for R3i Ventures which has business ties in Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America. The firm accelerates founders’ success for lasting impact and leads their House of DeepTech and House of MedTech accelerator/incubators coordinated with the deal-flow of international governments.
Moreover, Christina worked for South African startups with respect to private equity, consulting, and data science. For example, she worked for LegalFundi, “Africa's First AI Legal Advisor" who received international acclaim for being one of the three innovators to win the International Labour Organization’s Sustainable Development Goals 8.7 Innovation Challenge.
👩🏻🏫 Christina is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication Management with a concentration in Strategic Organizational Communication at the University of Southern California (USC). USC was ranked “…#1 in the United States [and #2 in the world] in communication and media studies” by QS World University Rankings.
In her Master’s program, Christina is designing and executing effective communication strategies across various settings, crafting compelling narratives for various organizations, and applying theoretical frameworks to business settings. Christina also participates in specialized training in Santa Barbara every week, and she is currently studying for the GMAT/GRE.
