Bio

I am eccentric,, fun, and love people! I am going back to school to study public health and integrative health coaching after a health challenge. I want to give back to people dealing with chronic health issues.

I am a therapist by day, but love hearing people stories. I eventually would like to open up a practice combining mind/body/spirit. I’m definitely into the metaphysical, spiritual endeavors, and fun as I mentioned above. Pre-Covid I enjoyed going to museums, road trips (still do), and camping. I love the beach and am a big 80s and 90s music junkie, but love many types of music. I enjoy artistic endeavors. I also want to get back into restorative yoga and Qi Gong. Just trying to connect with others in this virtual world.
