📍From London 🇬🇧
📍Living in Metro Detroit 🇺🇸

I work with successful women who are called “too tough” but don’t see themselves that way. I have helped female executives from Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Ford, McDonald’s, and Walgreens find a win-win and have also coached senior leaders from Stellantis, C&W, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Wiley, among others.

I am honored to have been one of the first female sport psychology consultants to work in the English Premier League and with my background and training in sport psychology, I help my clients develop mental toughness - a significant factor in enhancing performance, creating wellbeing, and developing positive behaviors.

As an executive coach, leadership coach, and team coach with 10+ years’ global experience, I have coached senior leaders and their teams across a broad cross-section of industries, including automotive, banking, healthcare, tech, manufacturing, media, commercial real estate, etc.

I have written for Forbes and been featured on BBC Radio 5Live.

My undergraduate research was in sex differences and the psychobiology of human sexual orientation and gender and my ongoing PhD research is also in the DEI space, researching the intersection of generation and gender in the workplace.

I leverage current research and a variety of leadership and coaching frameworks and methodologies from the fields of humanistic psychology, positive psychology, neuropsychology, and mindfulness to support leaders to drive significant impacts by developing capabilities in areas such as emotional intelligence, executive presence, executive communication, team building, influencing others, and coaching and developing other leaders.

My ongoing pro bono work includes 50+ hours coaching nurses through the Covid-19 crisis in the second half of 2020 alone.
