😨With a lot of fear and self doubt, I started my first business in 2010 working with 1:1 clients but when I decided I wanted to expand and start a second business, I became paralyzed with perfectionism & self-doubt.

I eventually realized I had to do the deep INNER work in order to move past the terror of being visible to a wider audience.

And that’s exactly what I did.

I got help, did the inner work to heal the limiting beliefs about myself and was finally free. You can be, too.
